Presentation Guidelines:

 

Each presentation is allotted a total of 15 minutes, including up to 10 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for questions.

There is no mandatory template for the presentation slides.

Presenters are required to check in with their session chairs and upload their slides to the conference laptop (via USB or USB-C) no later than 15 minutes before the session begins. Slides should be saved in the folder corresponding to the appropriate day and session, and the file name should begin with the first author’s last name.
